ABOUT US

Anambra State Association Norway (ASAN) is a non-profit, community-based organization established to serve individuals and families of Anambra origin living in Norway. Founded in 2017, our association is committed to promoting unity, preserving cultural heritage, and supporting the well-being of our members both in Norway and back home in Anambra State, Nigeria.

We provide a platform for cultural expression, social support, and collective empowerment through community programs, cultural events, educational initiatives, and humanitarian outreach. Our activities are driven by a shared commitment to fostering pride in our Igbo identity, building strong community bonds, and contributing positively to society.

ASAN is open to all who share our vision of unity, cultural preservation, and community development. We believe in the power of collaboration, cultural pride, and compassion to uplift individuals and strengthen our collective future.
